These terms explain the role of Zona Mallorca, how the website and introduction service may be used, and the responsibilities that remain with buyers and independent specialists. By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Our role and service
Zona Mallorca provides general information about Mallorca locations and the property-buying process. We may also introduce a buyer to an independent local property specialist selected for apparent relevance to the buyer’s brief. Unless expressly agreed in writing, Zona Mallorca is not the seller, estate agent, buyer’s agent, lawyer, notary, surveyor, lender, insurer, tax adviser or party to any resulting property transaction.
Buyer responsibility and verification
Area descriptions, property information, availability, prices, measurements, planning status, licences, taxes, travel times and market conditions may change and may contain information supplied by third parties. Buyers remain responsible for their own decisions and should independently verify all material facts. Appropriate legal, technical, financial and tax advice should be obtained before making an offer, signing a document, paying money or entering a transaction.
Independent specialists
Every specialist introduced through Zona Mallorca operates independently and is responsible for their own conduct, advice, services, fees, regulatory obligations and communications. Buyers decide whether to engage or continue with a specialist. An introduction is not an endorsement of every property or recommendation made and does not guarantee availability, suitability, price, financing or completion of a transaction.
Website content and permitted use
We take reasonable care when preparing and maintaining the website, but we cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free at all times. The website is provided for personal, non-commercial information and legitimate property enquiries. Content may not be scraped, systematically copied, republished, misrepresented or used to create a competing database without prior written permission. External websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies.
