Not another property portal
Mallorca’s property market can be difficult to navigate from abroad. Listings are often duplicated across agencies, important differences between micro-locations are easy to miss, and some suitable opportunities never appear on the major portals. Zona Mallorca begins with how the buyer wants to live, what they need from a property and which trade-offs they are prepared to make—not with an endless catalogue of homes.
How the introduction works
The process starts with a private buyer brief covering preferred locations, property character, budget, timing and practical requirements. We review that brief and identify a local property specialist whose market knowledge and focus appear relevant. The buyer remains in control: contact details are shared only after the proposed introduction has been approved, and there is no obligation to continue.
